Nestled in a cosy cocoon of blankets and pillows let yourself be gently guided through a wonderful journey of imagination allowing your nervous system time to reset with yoga nidra.
Never having done any formal physical exercise, I started 1 to 1 yoga weekly sessions with Silva nearly 10 years ago when arthritis threatened me with a second hip replacement. I’m now 77 and have never looked back. Silva has taught me to understand how my body works and I started incorporating yoga techniques into normal activity to keep healthy and flexible. I may still be rubbish at walking long distances and climbing stairs, but focus now on what I can do and how I can retain strength and flexibility.

Silva is extremely knowledgeable and continues to develop her skills and practice. She is mindful that everyone has different abilities and limitations but Silva is fantastic at adapting movements to suit us all and to do a different level we can cope with.
